I hold silver with Kinesis Money. My withdrawals and redemptions have been pending for weeks. I sent a formal complaint, served a dispute notice under the Terms of Use and filed a complaint with the regulator. This site records what happened, with dates. Nothing more.

Is Kinesis paying out EUR withdrawals?
In the documented business case, a EUR withdrawal requested on 8 October 2026 had not been received by 6 November 2026. Public reviews describe other pending withdrawals. We cannot say how Kinesis handles every account, only what we can document.
How long does a Kinesis silver redemption take?
In both documented cases, silver redemptions requested on 30 October and 2 November 2026 had no confirmed delivery date and no fee quote by 6 November 2026.
What can I do if my Kinesis withdrawal is pending?
Document your account, ask Kinesis for case numbers and a clear status in writing, send a formal complaint, use the dispute clause in the Terms of Use, and complain to the regulator if that fails. The checklist article explains each step.
My Kinesis login or 2FA stopped working. What now?
Contact support in writing and ask whether the account is restricted, and on what grounds. In one documented case, SMS two-factor login stopped on 4 November 2026. Access returned on 5 November after the two-factor authentication was reset.
