Fiat withdrawals: EUR and USD bank withdrawals pending for weeks, against the few business days customers expect.
Crypto withdrawals: USDC, ETH, XRP, KAG and KAU transfers to external wallets reported as pending for days or longer.
KAG and KAU redemptions: physical silver and gold redemptions without a delivery date, in some reports for six weeks or more.
Account access: login and two-factor problems while requests are open.
Support: slow or general replies, without a processing date.
Kinesis problems in our documented cases
A EUR withdrawal requested on 8 October 2026 was not received by 6 November 2026.
Silver (KAG) redemptions requested on 30 October and 2 November 2026 had no delivery date by 6 November 2026.
SMS two-factor login stopped on 4 November 2026 and was restored on 5 November after a reset.
